I post to Instagram from Facebook by linking them. Just head into your Facebook Page's settings, click 'Instagram', and boom, you're connected!
Just hit that share button and hit Instagram. Simple as pie!
Easy peasy! Just link your Instagram account to your Facebook profile or page in the Settings. After that, every time you post something to Facebook, just choose to share it on Instagram too by selecting the Instagram icon in the post-sharing options!
