Practicing MTG solo is all about sharpening your strategy and understanding of the game. Start by goldfishing, which means playing your deck against an imaginary opponent. This helps you get a feel for your deck's mechanics and combo potentials. Another great way is to use the digital version, Magic The Gathering Arena, as it allows you to play against AI or real opponents online, giving you a wide variety of strategies to play against.

Honestly, the best practice you can get is by playing against real people. MTG Arena online is good for basics, but the real learning happens in the unpredictability of human opponents.

Just play both sides! Seriously, set up two decks and play as both the opponent and yourself. It sounds a bit funny, but it's a solid way to understand different strategies and learn to anticipate what an opponent might do.

If you're an MTG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of MTG cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
