Easy peasy, lemon squeezy! Just dive into any body of water and start swimming. Use your control to dive underwater. Keep an eye on your oxygen meter though, wouldn't want to run out of breath! Practicing is all about diving in, swimming around, exploring, and getting back to the surface before your oxygen runs low. The more you do it, the better your lung capacity gets, which means you can stay underwater longer.

Just find water and dive. The key's to keep doing it. Your lung capacity will increase the more you swim underwater. So, dive, swim, surface, and repeat!

Honestly, just keep swimming. The game mechanics are designed to improve your character's abilities the more you use them. So, really, the best way to get better at swimming underwater is to just keep swimming underwater whenever you get the chance.
