How to Prevent Friend Requests on Facebook
You can stop those pesky friend requests by changing your privacy settings. Just go to Settings & Privacy > Settings > Privacy, and adjust 'Who can send you friend requests' to 'Friends of friends' or 'Only me'. Problem solved!
