Go to Settings & Privacy > Settings > Privacy and adjust your settings to 'Friends' or 'Only me' wherever applicable. Boom, you're private!
Easy peasy! Go to Settings & Privacy > Settings > Privacy. Change everything to 'Only Me' or 'Friends', and voila, you're private!
For a quick fix, go to your profile, click on the three dots, and select 'View As'. You can see what others see and adjust settings accordingly.
