Had the same issue, mate. Pop the batteries in, and if that doesn't work, go to the Settings menu on your Roku TV. Navigate to Remote, then Pair Remote, and follow the on-screen instructions.
Honestly, it's usually automatic, but if it doesn't work, you might need to re-sync by using the pairing button inside the battery compartment.
Simple! Just insert the batteries in your Roku remote. The remote should automatically pair with your TV. If it doesn't, press and hold the pairing button in the battery compartment for 3 seconds until the pairing light starts flashing.
