Honestly, promoting characters is a bit of a grind. You'll be playing a lot with each character to hit level 10 multiple times. But, it's totally worth it for the upgrades.
Promoting characters in PvZ GW2 is super easy, peasy, lemon squeezy! Just play with your character until they reach level 10. Once they hit that magic number, head over to the Stats Room in the Backyard Battleground. There, you'll find a character promotion pedestal. Just interact with it, and bam! Your character gets promoted, resets to level 1, but gets way cooler with new titles and abilities. Rinse and repeat for even more awesomeness!
