Opening Pokemon card packs is an art and a ritual for many! Start by carefully pulling the tabs at the back of the pack to avoid damaging the cards. Gently slide the cards out without bending them. Some folks like to do the card trick—move the last three cards to the front to end on the rare card as a big reveal. Most importantly, enjoy the suspense and have fun with it!

Honestly, there's no wrong way to open them, just make sure you're not bending the cards. I've seen some intense debates but personally, I just carefully tear along the edge and take my time sifting through the pack. Remember to recycle the pack wrapper!

Just rip it open! But seriously, be gentle if you care about the condition of the cards. Pull at the seams and slide the cards out smoothly.

If you're a Pokemon TCG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of Pokemon cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
