Hot tip: Don't wait too long to pull that chute! If you're skydiving from a really high altitude, press that parachute button (X/A/Left Mouse) sooner rather than later. Timing is everything if you want to land safely and not splat.

To open your parachute in GTA 5, simply press the 'X' button on PlayStation, the 'A' button on Xbox, or the 'Left Mouse Button' on PC once you're in mid-air. Make sure you've already equipped the parachute before taking the leap!
