Punching in Rec Room is pretty straightforward! To throw a punch, you just need to physically swing your arm while holding the trigger button on your VR controller. Make sure you're in a game mode where punching is allowed, though, not every mode supports it. And remember, Rec Room is a friendly community, so keep the punches virtual and in good sport!
