You can't actively 'buy' vehicles in Brookhaven like in other games. Instead, you get access to them from the vehicle menu; some cars need Robux.

To buy a vehicle in Brookhaven, just open the vehicle menu by clicking on the car icon on the right side of your screen. Then, scroll through the options and select the vehicle you want using Robux!
