Go to the Subnautica save files (usually in AppData on PC) and delete the 'CellCache' and 'CompiledOctreesCache' folders to clear the cache.
You can just delete the 'CellCache' folder in your Subnautica save directory. Trust me, it works wonders! Had to do this myself once.
