The trick is to use the Asset ID. Equip the first hair, then open the other hair in a new tab, copy its Asset ID, and paste it in the Advanced section of the Hair menu in Avatar Editor.
From personal experience, open the Avatar Editor on the Roblox website, equip one hair, use another tab to get the second hair's ID, and paste it in the 'Advanced' section of the Hair Accessories. Works like a charm!
Easy peasy! Just equip one hair, then open your inventory in a new tab, right-click another hair, and select 'Copy Asset ID'. Go back to your original tab, edit your avatar, click 'Advanced' at the bottom of the hair section, and paste the ID you copied. Boom, double hair!
