Make sure the label side faces right. If it's not going in, check if there's a disc already inside!

I had the same question! Just align the label side to the right and push it gently into the slot. Works every time.

Make sure the Xbox is powered on. With the label side facing right, gently insert the disc into the slot until the console takes it in.
