You add promo codes in the shop section on Android devices. For iOS users, it's done on the Niantic rewards website. Simple, right?

There's no in-game redemption for iPhone. Use Niantic’s website for those promo codes! Android users, just use the in-game shop.

Easy peasy! If you're on Android, just go to the in-game shop, scroll to the bottom, and you'll see a 'Promos' section where you can enter your code. If you're on iOS, unfortunately, you'll need to redeem codes through the official Pokemon GO website.
