The best way to load XP onto one plane is to consistently use it in battles. Ignore other planes and just grind, grind, grind!
It's not possible to dump all XP into one plane, but dedicating all your playtime to that plane will do the trick.
Trust me, I've done it! Focus all your battles flying that specific plane and you'll see your XP skyrocket pretty quickly.
