Use the Roku Mobile App! Open it, go to the Channels tab, find the app you want, and hit 'Add Channel' button. Boom, done.
If you're already on your computer, go to the Roku Channel Store website, sign in, and add channels from there. They'll sync to your Roku device next time it updates.
