Sorry mate, but as of my last game session, you can't add bots to custom games in Valorant. It's a bummer, I know! Valorant focuses on the PvP (Player vs Player) aspect, so for now, custom games are strictly for practicing with friends or solo without the AI opponents.

Can't do it, and honestly, why would you want to? Valorant's all about that sweet, sweet player-vs-player action. Get in there and test your skills against real people!
No bots in custom games, unfortunately. But hear me out, it's not all bad. This means you get to practice in a very controlled environment. Use it to learn maps, test out agent abilities without the chaos of a full match, or set up specific scenarios with friends.
