Easy peasy! Just build an Alien Containment unit in your base, catch some fish with your hands or a Grav Trap, and drop them inside the Alien Containment unit. Voila, instant aquarium!

Alien Containment unit is key. Build it, catch fish, and drop them in it. Done.

You gotta build an Alien Containment unit first. Then, catch the fish, go inside the containment, and release them. They will start swimming around happily!

From experience, build the Alien Containment, catch fish like you normally do, enter the containment area, and release them. You're now a proud fish parent!
