Literally, just snap the pieces together! Look for the ends with the tongue-like part and the end with a groove. Slide the tongue part into the groove until it clicks. If you're setting up loops or jumps, make sure you've got enough room and maybe even a bit of tape to keep things in place if your cars are flying off too often!
