Super easy! Just go to the main menu, select 'Creative', then 'Play', and 'Island Code'. Enter the map code there and hit launch. Boom, you’re in!

Trust me from experience, head to Creative mode, look for the 'Discover' tab or 'Island Code' option, punch in the code, and you're set. You'll be exploring awesome new maps in no time!
