How to put Instagram on dark mode
Easy peasy! Just go to your Instagram app, tap on your profile, then hit the three lines (menu) at the top right. Head into 'Settings', then 'Theme', and select 'Dark'. Voilà!

If you're using an iPhone, switch your phone to dark mode through Settings > Display & Brightness > Dark, and Instagram will follow suit automatically.
On Android? Just go to System Settings > Display > Dark theme, and Instagram will go dark with it.
