Adding non-Steam games to your Steam Deck is surprisingly easy! Just launch Steam in Desktop Mode, head to the bottom left corner, and click '+ Add a Game,' then 'Add a Non-Steam Game.' Browse for the game's executable file, and voila! You've added a non-Steam game to your library. You can then switch back to Gaming Mode and enjoy your game.

Pro tip: For a smoother experience with your non-Steam games, consider using compatibility tools like Proton or Lutris. They help a lot with performance and compatibility issues on the Steam Deck!

Honestly, why bother? Steam's library is huge. Find something there and save yourself the hassle.

If you're a Steam player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Steam gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
