From experience, it's as simple as holding the Croc in one hand and pushing the Jibbitz into one of the holes. Takes a bit of muscle but nothing major.

You just have to push the Jibbitz with a bit of force through one of the holes on your Crocs until it snaps into place. Easy peasy.
