If you see an oven fire, tap the oven and choose 'Extinguish.' It’s basically a virtual firefighter drill.
I'm not sure why, but I always have the Sim cleaning up the mess first before putting out the fire. Give it a try!
Just tap on the oven and select the option to extinguish the fire. Make sure your Sim isn't busy before you start panicking!
