First, format a USB drive to FAT32. Then, place the PKG files in a folder called 'PS3' on the drive. Plug it into your PS3, go to Game > Install Package Files, and select the files from the USB.

If your PKG files are ready, all you need is a USB stick formatted to FAT32. Create a 'PS3' folder and throw the PKG files in there. Connect it to your PS3, then go to Game > *Install Package Files* and you're set!
