To add stairs in Sims FreePlay, enter Build Mode, select the 'Stairs' tab, and choose your preferred stair style and placement. Voila, your Sims can now move between floors in style!

I’ve put stairs in my Sims FreePlay house many times. Just go to Build Mode, find the 'Stairs' tab, and place the stairs where you need them. It's that simple.
