Easy! First make sure you're logged into Steam. Then at the top left click on 'Steam' in the menu, now hit 'Go Offline...' and then click 'Restart in Offline Mode'. Remember, you have to be online to switch to offline mode initially.

Don't forget that some games might not work in offline mode if they need online verification or updates. So, check your game's requirements before you go off the grid!

Just disconnect your internet lol. Steam will automatically go into offline mode if it can't connect.
