Just go into build mode, then click on the items you want to store, and select the 'Take to Inventory' option. Easy peasy!
You can't literally put things in a 'storage,' but you can store items in your inventory by deleting them in Build Mode.
Simply go into Build Mode, click on the item you want to store, and then press 'delete.' It'll be saved in your inventory!
In Build Mode, select the item you want to store, click on it, and choose 'Take to Inventory.' Easy peasy!
