You can use the Advanced Mode in the Avatar Editor! Just copy the Asset IDs of both shoulder accessories and paste them in the corresponding slots under 'Advanced' settings.

There's a nifty trick using the Advanced Mode in Avatar Editor. Copy the IDs and load 'em both up. Easy peasy!
