Easy peasy! Open Avatar Editor, go to Accessories, and click 'Advanced' at the bottom. Paste both Asset IDs in the boxes. Done!

You can't directly wear two face accessories in the Roblox avatar editor, but using Roblox Studio makes it possible by scripting.

You'll need to use Advanced mode in Roblox Avatar Editor. Go to the Avatar page, click on 'Costume', and then 'Advanced' at the bottom. There, you can input the Asset IDs for both items you want to wear.
