After downloading a skin from War Thunder Live, find your War Thunder folder (usually in 'My Games' or 'SteamLibrary'). Navigate to 'UserSkins' and drop the skin folder there. Then, in-game, go to the vehicle’s customization, select the little magic wand, and choose your skin!
