Transferring your GTA account from Xbox to PS5 directly isn't possible due to platform restrictions. However, if you're talking about GTA Online, Rockstar has a solution! You can transfer your GTA Online character and progression. Just link your Xbox account and your PlayStation account to the same Rockstar Social Club account. This way, when you play on PS5, you can continue where you left off. Remember, this works for GTA Online progression, not the single-player saves!

Short answer: Can't transfer it directly for single-player stuff, but for GTA Online, yes, through Rockstar Social Club.

Honestly, it's a bit of a hassle but worth it for GTA Online. Did this a while back when switching from Xbox One to PS5. Had to make sure both my accounts were linked to Rockstar Social Club. Took some time for everything to sync up, but eventually, my GTA Online character was rocking on my PS5. Good luck!
