To put your Xbox Series S in rest mode, press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide. Go to Profile & system > Settings > General > Power mode & startup, then select Instant-on. This keeps your console in a low-power state!

Go to Settings > General > Power mode & startup > Power mode > Instant-on. Boom, your console is ready to nap whenever you want!

Settings > Power mode & startup > Instant-on. Done. Your Xbox is smarter than your TV remote now.

From personal experience, switch to Instant-on mode in settings, and you'll get rest mode benefits like quick startup and background updates. Your Xbox will thank you!

If you're a Xbox player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Xbox gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
