Just a heads up, you can't directly play your own music in GTA 5 on PS4 like on PC. But, you can use the PS4's built-in music player to play your tunes. Upload your music to a USB stick, plug it into your PS4, and use the PS4 media player to play your music in the background while you play GTA 5. Not exactly the same, but it gets the job done.
