Nope, you can't directly add your music into GTA 5 on PS4 like you can on PC. Best you can do is play music in the background using a USB or Spotify.

Use a USB drive loaded with your favorite tunes. Create a folder named 'MUSIC' on the USB, plop your MP3 files into it, plug it into your PS4, and boom!
