Sorry to burst your bubble, but there's no magic trick to dodge a queue in Valorant without facing some sort of penalty. The game's designed to discourage dodging to ensure fair play. If you do decide to dodge, be prepared for a time penalty before you can queue again. It's all about the balance and fairness in the game!

Actually, dodging a game will always have consequences. Riot's not too keen on letting players off easy for bailing on a match.

Hot take: Just don't dodge. Playing the game out can sometimes turn a bad comp into a win with the right strategy. Plus, dodging just wastes everyone's time and hurts your rep more than taking an L.

Tried dodging once because I didn't get my main and thought I could outsmart the system. Ended up with a waiting penalty. So yeah, there's really no way around it without some penalty.

If you're a Valorant player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Valorant gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
