Just a heads up, not everyone finds Quiet Mode helpful. Sometimes it's better to just put your phone on Do Not Disturb.
To enable Quiet Mode on Instagram, go to your profile, tap the three horizontal lines in the top right corner, select Settings, then Notifications, and finally, toggle on Quiet Mode. Peace and quiet, here you come!
