Quitting a mission in GTA 5 story mode is easy! Just pull up your in-game phone, go to the 'Brief' tab in the pause menu, and you should see an option to quit the mission. Just remember, if you quit, you'll have to start it all over again next time.

Honestly, just die or blow up the mission objective. Fastest way to get that 'Mission Failed' screen and then you can choose to quit.

Just fail the mission on purpose three times. After the third fail, GTA 5 offers you the option to skip that section of the mission. Not exactly quitting, but it helps you move on if you're stuck.

I usually just switch to another character. It's sometimes faster than messing with the menus, especially if I'm just not feeling that mission right then.

If you're a Grand Theft Auto player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
