How to raise max health in GTA San Andreas
Raising your max health in GTA San Andreas is actually pretty fun! To do this, you gotta engage in lots of fights and survive them. The more brawls you get into, the more your max health increases. Another solid way is to complete level 12 of the paramedic missions. Doing so will max out your health bar, making you tougher to take down. Don't forget to work on your stamina and fat/muscle levels too, they kinda play into how resilient you are.

Honestly, just level up your bike skills. The better you get, the less likely you're gonna faceplant on the pavement. Less faceplanting = more health. Simple.
Paramedic missions, period. Max out those levels, and you get a nice health boost. Plus, you get to drive like a maniac with somewhat of a purpose. Two birds, one ambulance!
Eat right and exercise! Just kidding, this is San Andreas. Seriously though, focus on the paramedic missions and getting into scraps. You'll see that health bar climb in no time.
