To range in War Thunder, you can use the rangefinder by pressing the button you've assigned to it in your controls. You can also use the sight distance control to manually set the distance. It's all about practice!

In my experience, the rangefinder tool is a lifesaver. Press the assigned button, get the distance, and adjust your aim accordingly. Makes landing those long shots much easier!
