Ranking up in Steam is all about participating in the community and platform activities! Start by completing tasks in the Steam Community Badge by doing things like posting screenshots, participating in discussions, and trading cards. Also, don't forget to play the games you buy; earning achievements can contribute to your XP. Buying games and adding them to your library gives a nice XP boost as well.

Just spend money. More games = more badges = higher rank.

Honestly, I just went on a shopping spree during a Summer Sale and boom, my rank shot up. Spending during sales gets you badges, and crafting those game badges also gives a ton of XP. It's like hitting two birds with one stone; you get new games to play and rank up at the same time!

If you're a Steam player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Steam gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
