Just look at the code on the case. The first letter = the year. The numbers = the week of that year. Simple!

Reading Hot Wheels case codes is like cracking a secret code, but once you get the hang of it, you'll feel like a treasure hunter! The code usually consists of a letter and two digits. The letter represents the year the car was manufactured (each year has a specific letter assigned), and the two digits indicate the week of the year the case was released. So, a case code like K36 would mean the case came out in the 36th week of a year designated by the letter K in Hot Wheels' coding system.

Honestly, unless you're trying to snag a super rare find or you're deep into collecting, case codes aren't that important. Just enjoy the hunt and the cars you love!

Several of those prizes are trending Hot Wheels, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!
