To rebirth in Dragon Ball Xenoverse, you need to collect the Dragon Balls and summon Shenron. After gathering all seven Dragon Balls, go to the pedestal in TokiToki City and summon Shenron to grant your wish to reset your stats. If you're on Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2, just approach the Dragon Balls Pedestal in the Plaza of Time and follow the prompt to summon Shenron!
