Honestly, just head to the White House's Recal Station after unlocking it at Campus Settlement. Swap out the attributes you want and you're good to go.
Grind out the Campus Settlement mission, then use the Recalibration Station at the White House to slap better stats on your gold weapons!
First, you need to unlock the Recalibration Station by completing the "Campus Settlement" mission. Once you have the station, head to the White House Base of Operations. Interact with the recalibration station and select the gold weapon you want to recalibrate. Choose the stat you want to change and replace it with a stat copied from another weapon. Happy recalibrating!
