You can recalibrate your PS5 controller by turning off your console, disconnecting the controller, then pressing the small reset button at the back of the controller using a pin for about 5 seconds. Once reset, reconnect the controller and turn the console back on.
Just reset it using the button on the back with a paperclip or pin. Quick and easy!
I had issues too; the reset button on the back worked wonders for me. Just be patient and make sure to hold it for a few seconds!
