Recalling Mister Handy in Fallout Shelter is actually pretty straightforward! Just tap on the Wasteland to bring up the list of explorers, find your Mister Handy in the list, and hit the 'Recall' button. Just remember, Mister Handy takes the same amount of time to return to the Vault as it took him to get to his current location in the Wasteland.
Can't recall him if he's busy or dead, though. Make sure Mister Handy isn't in the middle of fending off a deathclaw or hasn't turned into a pile of scrap. Otherwise, just tap, recall, and wait for his royal shininess to grace your vault again.
