Honestly, I think stamped cards are overrated. Just enjoy the game and don't get too hung up on collecting every special edition that comes out.

Easiest way? Just feel the card! Stamped cards have a distinct texture where the stamp is. If you run your finger over the card and feel any irregularities or raised areas, chances are you've got a stamped card.

Recognizing a stamped Pokemon card is pretty straightforward once you know what to look for. Stamped cards usually have a shiny emblem or logo pressed into them, sometimes related to a specific event or promotion. Look out for holographic stamps or unique symbols that aren't part of the standard card design. These marks can be found in various places on the card but are often prominently displayed.

If you're a Pokemon TCG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of Pokemon cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
