Turn off the PS5. Hold the Power button on the controller for 10 seconds until the light goes off. Wait a few seconds, then press the PS button again.

If that doesn't work, go to Settings > Accessories > General > Bluetooth Accessories and manually select your controller from the list.

I had this issue! Simply use the small reset button on the back of the controller. Press it with a pin for about 5 seconds, then try reconnecting.

Just plug in the USB cable from the controller to the PS5 and press the PS button. Boom, you're reconnected!
