Simply press the Share button on your DualShock 4 controller and select 'Save Video Clip.' You can also double-tap the Share button to start recording and press it again to stop.

From experience: Hit the Share button on the controller, choose 'Save Video Clip,' and it saves the last 15 minutes of your gameplay. Easy peasy!
